Enjoy fresh air whenever possible
Although we can exercise at home, it is also important to get outside. We are allowed to take a walk, run or cycle alone or with members of your household once a day so make the most of it. We are lucky in Fife as few of us cannot walk to a green space from our front door (just remember social distancing rules).
If you would like a walking challenge why not try Active Fife’s annual walk every day in May? This was to celebrate the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo but it is still relevant as they have just been moved to 2021! This challenge can be done walking round your garden, house or local area using a pedometer, step counter or a measured distance. Mark off the footsteps as you go on the map provided.
